We invite you to stay in an exclusive environment with all the Pikes Peak region has to offer. We are sure you will enjoy your time here. My family has been in Manitou since 1913, and the property is rich in history, as is the entire Manitou Springs area.

If you are on a history, hiking, art, shopping, eating vacation, any or all, we can give you the locals inside information. Or if you want a romantic getaway in the woods, we can have a fire ready for you to light, and a bottle of wine to open. I love sharing the stories of the hills and mountains, but I also want you to enjoy the solitude of the property. Just let us know if you have any questions!

AMENITIES

The Keithley family lives on site and is at the disposal of our guests at any hour.
